If you’re an undergraduate student then we require your parents or guardians to become guarantors. We’re happy to help you through this process and will provide you with the relevant documents.

Once your tenancy agreement experiences we will refund your deposit subject to the terms in both the tenancy deposit scheme and our tenancy agreement.
