Our student letting requirements

We keep it simple! And we’re not kidding.

  • For postgrads studying in Leeds, we require a reference from a previous employer or landlord.
  • For undergrads, we’ll need your parents or guardians to serve as your guarantors.

The process is simple and easy, and we’ll help you with all the required documentation.

In addition, we do require a deposit for any student let to confirm that you’re interested in the property, and to secure the property for you. We’ll hold your deposit in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme for the time you stay in one of our student lets. When your tenancy agreement expires, then we’ll refund your deposit, subject to the terms in our agreement.
