We aim to keep our student letting requirements simple.
For postgraduates studying in Leeds, we need a reference from a previous employer or landlord. If you’re an undergraduate, we’ll need your parents or guardians to serve as your guarantors. This is a simple process, and we’re always happy to help you. We provide you with all the required documentation, too.
For each student let, we also require a deposit to confirm your interest in the property. Your deposit also secures one of our all-inclusive 2 bed student house Leeds.
