If you’re an undergrad, then we need your parents or guardians to serve as your guarantors. The process is simple, and we’ll help you and provide all the required documentation. Just one more thing—for student lets, we also require a deposit to confirm your interest and to secure one of our student properties to let. Your deposit is held in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme for the time you rent with us. When your tenancy agreement expires, we’ll refund your deposit subject to the clear terms in our agreement.
