If you are in your postgraduate studies in Leeds then we will need to see a reference from previous landlords or an employer. If you’re an undergraduate student then we’ll need your parents or guardians to become guarantors. We’ll be pleased to help you through this process and will provide any necessary documents too.

We require a deposit to confirm you interest in renting one of our Headingley student properties. We’ll hold this in a government approved tenancy deposit scheme during your time with us. Uponexpiry of your tenancy agreement we will refund your deposit subject to the terms in both the tenancy deposit scheme and our tenancy agreement.
